2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

3. Any accessories or free gifts that came with the item must also be returned.

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
